Shipments and Handling

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within East Malaysia and West Malaysia only.  Any shipments outside Malaysia are not available at this time.


3. Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is between 19-35 business days  (depending pn products please refer to the brief delivery terms of each item). The delivery time includes processing your order with our suppliers from China, Taiwan, Canada or Australia (depending on products), time for handling and re-packaging your order to reduce shipping fee (air mode), and the time for it to reach our warehouse in Malaysia. In addition there will be some time estimated for custom administration before it can safely reach your selected shipping address. We will use poslaju courier for local shipping.  

Note that the delivery times commence from the date of payment. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 35 business days of the date of your order. 

Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
All deliveries will require a signature. If no one is at home then a card will be left with contact details for the courier and a response must be made within 7 days. Failure to respond to the courier's card will result in your rug being returned to us, and an additional postage charge will be incurred.


4. Delivery Instructions

To avoid any delay in your order delivery, kindly write your shipping address clearly and try to avoid from using short forms such as bdr baru nilai instead of bandar baru nilai, etc.  Please ensure to fill all the details required for shipping.  We will not responsible of any undelivered item due to invalid address. You will have to make self arrangement for the delivery with the courier service. Please contact our customer service to get the full details.


5. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery  at hello@imhomestylist.com or whatsapp/call 012-6985351. Please save all packing and boxes.
